William Hayer was born and raised in Ohio where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati. He subsequently relocated to San Diego, California where he became an Associate in the architectural firm of Howard Anderson & Associates. During his five-year relationship with Mr. Anderson, Bill was associated with many commercial and residential projects. Most notably, mixed-use development projects in the ski areas of Park City, Utah and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Mr. Hayer opened his own architectural firm in 1985 and specializes in custom residential design. Bill has developed architectural design guidelines for many prominent custom home/golf course communities in Southern California, including Del Mar Country Club, The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe and Rancho Pacifica, and is integrally involved with their design review processes. Bill has received licenses from many states, as well as certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
