Hayer Architecture is an architectural firm specializing in custom residential design. William Hayer established the firm in 1984 and maintains an office in Del Mar, California. Since its inception, the firm has become nationally recognized, producing custom residential projects in many regions of the United States and Italy.

Our residential projects have included private custom residences, remodels, and historical restorations. Hayer Architecture has had projects featured in local and national publications and has received design awards for our work.

Mr. Hayer has designed notable homes, rich in architectural character for a very diverse clientele. Whether traditional or contemporary in design, each custom home is tailored to the preferences and lifestyle of the individual client.
